DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Deposits: 1/3 of the hunt prices is required as a deposit upon booking and will be invoiced via email.

Final Payments are due Sept. 1 in the year of the hunt and will be invoiced via email 30 days in advance.  We want to provide our hunters with the absolute best hunting experience so we ask that your Final Payment is completed on or before Sept. 1 . We accept ACH with a $25 fee or by-request-only via Credit Card with a 3 1/2% fee. We generally do not accept cash or checks as we want to maximize the time we spend with you working on your hunt.

Refund Policy: Deposits and final payments are non-refundable except in instances where 1.) the client fails to obtain a license despite best efforts by the client and Old Sage Outfitters LLC, 2.) death of the hunter or a close family member, or 3.) a significant hunter health-related event.  In these situations, we will at our full discretion, consider a full or partial refund, or provide a credit for a hunt in the following year (preferred).   Our refund policy is intended to provide all of our clients with the best experience possible given limited availability of hunting slots, license processes and demand that exceeds supply for key dates.
