2025 Rates

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

1/3 of the hunt prices is required as a deposit upon booking and final payment is due at least 60 days in advance of the start of the hunt.  We accept checks for payments; credit cards and ACH payments are not accepted at this point in time.  

Deposits and final payments are non-refundable except in instances where 1.) the client fails to obtain a license despite best efforts by the client and Old Sage Outfitters LLC, 2.) death of the hunter or a close family member, or 3.) a significant hunter health-related event.  In these situations, we will at our full discretion, consider a full or partial refund, or provide a credit for a hunt in the following year (preferred).   Our refund policy is intended to provide all of our clients with the best experience possible given limited availability of hunting slots, license processes and demand that often exceeds supply for key dates.
